Tadhamon Bank Participates in the 2025 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank Group

Tadhamon Bank participated in the 2025 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank Group, hosted by the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, which commenced on Monday, May 19, 2025, with wide international participation. The meetings brought together ministers of economy, finance, and planning, representatives of Islamic banks and financial institutions, the private sector, and regional and international development organizations.

The bank’s participation came in response to an official invitation from the Islamic Development Bank Group, underscoring the depth of partnership and cooperation between the two sides. This partnership has been crowned with several development projects in Yemen, most notably the BRAVE & BRAVE Women project for supporting business continuity in the private sector, which has played a pivotal role in strengthening the resilience of Yemeni institutions in the face of economic challenges.

Tadhamon Bank also had an active presence at the Private Sector Forum held alongside the meetings, where participants discussed mechanisms to enhance investment, expand partnerships, and develop innovative financing solutions that support sustainable development in member countries.

This year’s meetings were held under the theme “Economic Diversification… Enriching Lives”, focusing on the importance of joint action to address economic challenges and enhance opportunities for regional and international integration toward a more sustainable and prosperous future.
