Through Tadhamon Personal Financing Service, which is Shariah-compliant and based on Murabaha, Musharakah, and Ijarah, you can own a house, shop or property.
Following a prior agreement between the Bank and client to add a profit margin, the Bank buys, owns and then sells the property to the client on installments.
Musharakah and Ijarah Financing:
- Under this type of financing, the Bank and the client jointly purchase one property, each holds a fixed part of the capital, which was previously agreed upon by the parties and signed by them.
- The client leases the Bank's share for a specified period of time, during which the client makes the lease payments in full. After expiry of the agreed period, the Bank transfers its share in the house to the client.
- Tadhamon Real Estate Finance Program operates on a lease method basis, with the advantage of putting in possession a house upon expiration of the specified time period.
