Honoring the participants in the specialized and qualitative qualification program that aims to qualify a team from the bank to obtain a certificate of management quality.
Proceeding from the bank’s orientation towards applying best practices in various fields, especially administrative, and under the generous patronage of the senior management represented by Basheer Sultan Al-Maqtari - Deputy General Manager.
Today, Monday, 02/01-2021, the participants were honored in the specialized and qualitative qualification program that aims to qualify a team from the bank to obtain a management quality certificate according to ISO 9001:2015, in addition to three other specifications related to the standard, including the following:
- ISO 19011.
- ISO 10013.
- ISO 31000.
The training program is considered one of the important projects that expresses the bank’s orientation and keenness to apply the best international practices in various fields, whether banking, financial or administrative, including the implementation of the management quality system of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
It is worth noting that the qualification program was implemented with the most prestigious training institutions in Cairo - the Arab Republic of Egypt, through the best experts and specialists in the field of quality, who contributed to the rehabilitation of many reputable companies and institutions in various Arab countries.
Through this ceremony and direction, the bank's management affirms its great keenness to remain the best banking and administrative at the local level through the application of best practices and attention to the human element to remain at the level of customers' expectations.
