Holding an event for a meeting of the bank’s senior customers and the group’s agents in Ibb Governorate

In continuation of Al-Tadhamon's Silver Jubilee Celebrations, and under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Shawqi Ahmed Hayel (Al-Tadhamon) holds an event for major clients in the city of Ibb.

 

On Saturday, November 13, 2021, Tadhamon Bank held an event for the Senior Customers’ Forum in Ibb, where a large gathering of the bank’s senior customers from Ibb governorate attended the event.

The program of the celebration was presented by Professor Zaid Al-Nahari, where the celebration began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran

After that, Mr. Shawqi Ahmed Hayel, Chairman of the Board of Directors, delivered a speech welcoming everyone, thanking them for their presence and praising the relationship that binds the Bank and its agents. He also touched on the achievements of Tadhamon Bank in support of the commercial and industrial sector in Yemen as a strategic partner in development, and that the Bank continues to do so based on the latest service technologies.

 

Hence, the speech of the General Manager, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Rafai - in which he welcomed all the attendees and mentioned that the 25th anniversary of the founding of the bank is a great opportunity to renew communication and develop relations with our partners in success with all customers.

 

Then Mr. Bashir Al-Maqtari - Deputy General Manager of the Bank spoke, and after welcoming the guests, he listed the advanced level of the bank’s electronic banking services (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Bank Cards, Cardless, Mahfathati, Tadhamon Pay, Call Center) explaining the importance of meeting with major customers and the bank’s orientation in the next stage based on the high confidence of customers in the bank and its wise leadership and the desired integration that the bank aims at visiting customers and presenting the great development in banking and electronic services and the role of these services in enhancing customers’ transactions and facilitating their procedures.

 

On the customer side, Mr. Mohammad Ali Al-Sabahi gave his speech on behalf of Ibb’s major clients, expressing his happiness in being on this occasion and with the bank’s progress in banking services that contribute to the growth of the national economy, and the clients’ trust in Tadhamon Bank over the past 25 years.

 

After that, videos of Tadhamon Bank's achievement during 25 years were reviewed, which won the audience's approval.

 

Summarize the objectives of the forum, Mr. Anwar Al-Zubayri, Director of Branches Department, through the bank’s approach to electronic services that will reach every customer and every citizen in his area, and that the traditional work is over

Mr. Ezzedine Al-Maamari, Director of the Electronic Services Department, also spoke to the audience, with a detailed explanation of the electronic services provided by the bank, such as (Internet Banking, Tadamun Mobile, Cardless and ATM Bank Cards, and DSECURE3), about their importance and ease of use after developing them in line with developments of the modern era and what distinguishes Tadhamon Bank.

 

Mr. Imad Al-Aghbari, Mahfathati Manager, spoke with an explanatory introduction about the “Mahfathati Service” and its importance and advantages to serve the community to reduce the use of cash and use it electronically and according to the vision of the Central Bank by working to pay purchases and obligations through electronic payment services, and also talked about the advantages it provides to merchants by paying salaries and contracts to activate the service for them in addition to serving individuals.

 

Mr. Nabil Al-Awami, Director of Tadhamon Pay, also spoke with an introduction about the express transfer service (Tadhamon Pay) and its advantages, and clarification by opening strong relations with major banks and foreign money transfer companies as partners of Tadhamon Bank, and explained about the advantages of the Tadhamon Pay service and the ease of delivering remittances from Saudi Arabia to individuals with easy commissions and delivery of transfers of humanitarian organizations through the bank’s branches and offices and through Tadhamon Pay agents at more than 3000 points spread in the Republic of Yemen.

He also talked about the advantage of depositing cash companies through the Tadhamon system by any party and its agents represented by Riyad Al-Harawi Company, and that today there is no excuse for any agent of the group because it has become possible to deposit to the accounts of the group companies in the Tadhamon Bank from the nearest money exchange in his area.

 

Mr. Abdel Wahab Al-Faqih, Director of the Call Center Unit, spoke with an explanation and an introductory brief about the service, which is considered Call Tadhamon Center Service as a link between the bank and its customers and an essential hub for listening to customers’ inquiries and complaints on the toll-free number through a qualified staff who is available throughout the day.

 

After that, the organizing team of the event directed the participants to eat and pray, to prepare the hall for the departed, and to complete the event program by listening, answering and responding to attendees’ inquiries and suggestions, and facilitating their online registration with the “Mahfathati” service as a kind of instant marketing, and the registration of 5000 riyals per wallet. All customers were honored by Mr. Bashir Sultan, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Riyad Al-Harawi, Mr. Anwar Al-Zubayri, Mr.Bassam Al-Suraimi, Director of the Treasury Department, and Mr.Jamal Qassem, Director of the Senior Management Office. The Director of the Branches Department, thanked the participating team for the success of the event. The banking services team and the participating team led by the Ibb branch manager Mr. Ramez Al-Maqtari and the official of the security side, Mr. Aref Shaye.

 

The forum also included the distribution of gifts and publicity materials for the attendees and certificates of appreciation for the agents.

The attendees also thanked the bank and the event's organizing team for the good reception and excellent organization.
